We are 7 miles M5 Junction - follow directions to Exmouth town, once at Exmouth Railway Station on your right, turn left at the next roundabout than right at the next roundabout follow up the hill (Rolle Road) at the roundabout carry straight over into Douglas Avenue, follow round the left hand bend and as you proceed down the hill you will pass Portland Avenue on your left - directly after this the entrance to Cranleigh is the next property on the left.
